Exchanges are not accepted and refunds will only be given if there is fault with the product.
Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to change of mind or incorrect choice
No refunds or reissue of orders given if item is damaged or lost during shipping.
Please choose carefully as cancellation of orders are not accepted as items are made to order and may have been started already.
Processing times are set at 3 - 7 business days. Busier periods maybe closer to 1-2 weeks. This information will be updated here and on the homepage banner if there are any future changes.
Shipping within Australia is generally 3 - 10 business days. For S.A & W.A this can take longer, generally around 10 - 14 business days.
International shipping usually takes between 7 - 21 business days but please keep in mind if customs take a peek, it can be longer. Delivery rarely can take 30+ days.
We do not offer refunds or reissue of orders if the parcel is damaged or lost during shipping. For peace of mind postage with tracking is an option and recommended.
